We fulfill orders in Portugal and other European Union countries. For international shipments, please get in touch with us for more information on costs and deadlines.
Although we would like to deliver to every country, we can only ship to the EU. Please keep in mind that we are actively working to expand our delivery services globally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer the following shipping options, Domestic and EU shipping:
- Standard shipping: expect delivery in 4 business days
- Express shipping: expect delivery in 2-3 business days
Because of the specific characteristics of some items, your order will take approximately one week to process after payment confirmation. Thank you for your patience! You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
After dispatch, you will receive another email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Clementine is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with your order. The customer assumes all responsibilities for any duties or charges incurred during or after shipping.
Clementine is not responsible for products damaged or lost during dispatch. If your parcel is damaged or lost, please get in touch with the carrier and report the situation to us via our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We only accept returns on t-shirts and hoodies.
